The purpose of the first call is to get to know you, get a feel for your interest level in SpotOn Financial.
The next step will be a specific call that will be akin to a formal interview.
If that goes well, then you meet Travis, he is going to speak with you about your abilities, ideas, and how you work with us.
From there you will be invited to a skills assessment and evaluation. It's our way of finding out if you can deliver on the promises you make.
If you are a sales guy, we are going to actually see if you can sell. If you are web designer, then be prepared to show us your work.
